These guys are LIARS- avoid this place at all costs. They had us drive 90 minutes one way after we called about a specific car they posted on Carguru. THEN THEY CALLED TWICE during our drive to be sure we were coming. After we get there- they smile and tell us the car sold TWO DAYS PRIOR!!! They had NUMEROUS opportunities to be honest and tell us the car was gone. INSTEAD they LIED to bait us in. We took our CASH SALE to a better dealer! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Also their ceiling is falling down all over the building - beware for your safety!
Went to off lease with $6000 looking for a used but reliable car. It was me and my mom, we had never bought a car before, did not have the slightest idea what we were doing. We didn't know what questions to ask, we didn't know what a "good deal" was, but we knew we needed a car. Marcus was absolutely INCREDIBLE! He showed me a 2008 Lincoln, not at all what we were looking for but I instantly fell in love. After some negotiation we settled on a fair price and I drove out of the lot with my beautiful new car. Later that evening I took it for a drive and it started acting crazy, I panicked! My first thought was omg I signed an "as Is" agreement! I called Marcus and he told me not to worry that they would take care of me and they did. They picked up the car, found out the problem, fixed the problem, gave me a rental until it was fixed, and returned it to me in a timely manner. Marcus and Roger were absolutely amazing and made sure I drove away a happy customer. Any future car I purchase will come from off lease, no questions asked. They treated me like family and have by far the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not buy a vehicle from this company. I bought a 2011 Honda Pilot from them on October 9, 2017 and as of November 14, 2017 I still have not received my paperwork and check to pay my taxes from them. I have been calling them since November 2, 2017 to talk to Ashley Boothe ,who by the way is the owner. No one will return my phone calls. I’ve called 9 times since then and I keep getting “he just left” he’s not in today “ or yet I get told that it was overnighted on November 10th and it’s the 14th and I still haven’t received it. No one should have to call so much or even wait this long. I payed them $2,000 down and they charged me $499.00 for customer processing fees. Because they have not sent what I need to get my tags and pay the taxes now there are penalties to Pay along with what I already owe. I have talked to Roger ,Max,Ken, and Rickey but still not Ashley who is the one who I’ve been told is the one who does that job.
This dealership has good prices but nothing else going for it. We drove 6 hrs for a car we were interested in and we ended up getting it but were sent back to fl without a temp tag, told we didnt need one and to do our tag transfer once we got back. Once we got to the dmv here in fl they told us that we cant do anything without them having the title. Needless to say i have had this car for a month and the dmv still has no title. We were given a temp tag by demand of the dmv here in fl, that has now expired. Everytime you call to discuss a issue your blown off with ill call you back, or im so sorry ill fix it and get back to you, none of that happens. I traded in a vehicle that they still havent paid off to my other lean holder so im getting calls about making a payment. This place is just about taking your money and nothing else. Im here in fl screwed with no way to move around unless illegally. No wonder when you buy a car with them they make you sign a paper saying if you ever have a problem you wont go to court. This place is a joke. Dont buy a car from here

The worst car buying experience ever. They presented carfax that was not updated with structural damage and other issues. Owner is not trust worthy. Beware! I have dealt with many car dealers and these guys are crooks!
