Sometimes they have great stuff at great prices if you shop beforemajor seasonal change the bargains are greater
I love TJMaxx for their wide variety of merchandise at affordable prices. My experience today was average. The Spanish Fort AL store was very messy. I purchased a few items. The young African American cashier was very friendly; however, texting while checking a customer out is very unprofessional. My 5 stars just dropped to 3. Thanks.
OMG! So I ordered 2 pairs of jean shorts online. 1 pair fit well & the other a little tight even though they are both same size-8. The clerk @ the store in Daphne tells me that on-line orders do not have price tags...mine did. Even though I had my receipt and garment bag the shorts arrived in, she acts as though I expected a refund of the price tag. Twice or more, I explained to her that they were on sale and all I wanted was a refund of what I paid. Totally unfriendly, unprofessional visit! Need more training!
