The guys at Miller's will go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their customers. At a recent festival, when a major storm blew through, they were out there in the middle of it making sure that everything was secure.
Shannon was a great deal of help. Love this place.
And they have all kind of different things to rent -- from roll out red carpet to coffins!
I heard bad things about them being rude but I decided to try them anyways. When we were in the store the girl was helpful and reserved some rentals for our wedding. When I asked her what I needed to do about the things I wasnt sure if I needed she said to go ahead and reserve them but that we could always cancel because nothing was written in stone. So I paid a $100 deposit and two weeks later I spoke with the same person and told her we would not be needing the items and asked her to refund my $100. She asked for my card info and said it would be refunded. Then after it did not show up in my account I called back and she said that it would not be refunded. After I reminded her of our conversation that day all she could tell me was "Sorry I was wrong." That is horrible service and certainly not a good way to get repeat customers.
