I went in the first week in October and purchased a sofa and love seat and was told he would be here between 8-10 weeks. I have been the only person to reach out to Jack the salesman and then asked finally 2 weeks ago to speak to the store manager Richard. He assured me he would call me back thst very day and I have yet to hear from him. I have spoken to corporate office and gotten great customer service and answers. The store was suppose to call me back this past week and I still have not heard from them. If it is customer service you are looking for this is not the store to shop. I will never purchase from them again.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and nice. I've never had a bad experience with J & J Furniture. My parents shopped here long ago and even then everyone was so nice. The tradition continues. The selection is excellent and if what you want isn't there, I'm sure they can find it. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The quality is high and well made. A lot of effort goes into what they sell.
last week that my order had not even been submitted until about 8 weeks after I had submitted my order. This is after I was informed my chair was "in production" first week of October, prior to their submission. I normally do not leave negative reviews, however, this entire "experience" and complete lack of customer service has compelled me to warn anyone considering ordering from this business.
