Horrible experience !!!! If there were negative stars I'd rate it that. I asked the lady (heavy set short reddish brown hair, the manager I think)to look at a picture of what we wanted my wife's hair to look like before my phone died and she told me I had wait then my phone died and I asked her to wait for me to go to the car to turn my phone back on so I could show her exactly what we wanted but when I came back she had already chopped my wife's hair way to short and after seeing I was clearly upset she still charged us for the haircut... I will never go back!!!!!!!
Got another terrible cut. One lady does great. Another girl who cuts bad. So mad. Going in tomorrow and show . Can't believe How Bad
Terrible experience !!!! I asked the lady (heavy set short reddish brown hair, the manager I think)to look at a picture of what we wanted my hair to look like before my husband phone died and she told my husband had to wait then his phone died and I asked her to wait for him to go to the car to turn his phone back on so I could show her exactly what we wanted while he was gone I explained to her that I didn't want it short and before my husband came back she rushed me into it and says well I guess I cut it way too short when he got back and my husband was very upset ... we received no apology and still had to pay for the cut we didn't ask for with excuses about how it looked fine ...We will never go back!!!!!!!
Stylist were very helpful with choosing a good cut for my 85 year old mothers hair they were very caring and careful with how they treated her.
