Going to Delta Behavioral was a great experience. The office was clean and pleasant. The person who saw me, Nicholas Vester PA-C, helped me get a medication with less side effects that worked better for me. He went entirely "by the book" and I was impressed by that, since I didn't have a mood stabilizer and he suggested one that might help. He was friendly and professional. I am glad I went to Delta! They really seem to care.
Great experience. Unlike other practices, they really seem to care. They were patient with me as this was all so new. I would highly recommend.
I took my son in for a 2:30 appointment. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour. When I asked how much longer it would be I was informed that the 3:00 appointment was early so they took them first. I was told it wouldn't be much longer. I asked for my money back and left.
One of the best offices I've been to for my condition. The staff is very kind and considerate and Dr. Linton really listened to my problems and is helping me come up with solutions. Very pleased with my visit to Delta.
Wonderful Place! The receptionists are friendly, welcoming and accomidating. Such sweethearts. The doctor I see once a month couldnt be better. He is warm, compassionate and professional. I also see Anita for therapy every week. Shes warm, welcoming and genuinely cares. She has this calming voice that makes her even more easy to talk with & has helped me tremendously since the loss of my daughter. I would recommend Delta Behavioral Health to anyone looking for real help, by educated Drs & Therapists who actually care about their patients and go that extra mile. Wonderful People.
I have now received a bill from them for $50.00 for a no show appointment. I called the office and explained calmly what had happened and that I had received a bill for a no show appointment. Ariel told me "Well don't get mad; we just forgot to cancel the appointment. You don't have to pay the bill". Considering this is a mental health facility I would think the staff would be a bit more considerate. I would never recommend them.
