Ended up staying almost 2 weeks while closing on our home. Amazing staff made us truly feel like we were family! Clean rooms, great service, wonderful breakfast choices, and the overly friendly staff make us very likely to recommend to friends and family. Only improvement would be to the beds. They were ok, but not the most comfy, especially for as long as we stayed, lol!!
We walked into a very clean room. This hotel is generous with the amount of towels they provide. Our king suite had 5 large towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The only complaints would be the smell of what seemed to be a dirty cleaning rag or sour smelling bleach. Also, I filled the hot tub to cycle the jets before use and there was gunk built up in the system. This happens a lot it seems. Overall, this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it!
This was our second time staying in this hotel - the first time was wonderful, which is why we chose to stay again. The staff is super friendly and very attentive to your needs. They are currently in the middle of a massive renovation, but the stay was still enjoyable. A few things could have been a little better with the room although, nothing horribly impacted the quality of our stay. We will definitly stay here again should the need arise.
When arriving to check in I was told the hotel could not take the business credit card
Not bad for the price. They are doing a lot of renovations but all in all nice place nice people. They have a nice looking pool but to cold to try it. And fresh baked cookies at check in. I would stay here again.
