Have no family here so looking forward to pizza on Thanksgiving esp. since website plainly stated 4pm-10pm hours for Thurs Nov 23 Thanksgiving. Husband drove all way there to find the place dark & locked up. Nothing to be thankful for from Marcos.
Not sure if it's normal for staff to hang up on customers or to be anoyed when a customer calls and asks why he's being placed at the back of the line of delivery when a driver completely ignores people in the backyard (with their gate wide open) and returns to the shop. Again when said customer asked to speak to a manger but says "I'm not sure what you're wanting". Seriously, I mean what would I want.. certainly not respect or courtesy. I mean, I'm only a paying customer. Apparently you all have enough. The two I talked to (William and Locking) could NOT care less where I was coming from. Only cared what the driver told them. Won't be back. Will be telling everyone about my experience. Also, apparently they're all mangers up there. Great for service.
We love Marcos Pizza! Especially the Daphne, AL location. Everyone is always so pleasant & nice.
I will Def call papa johns next time. Or pizza hut.

Good but pricey, worth it if you can use a coupon.
I like the pizza but the chick that took my order tonight was worthless. I was put on hold during my ordering process 4 times and the girl that was taking my order was obviously putting me on hold to stuff her face because every time she came back she was still smacking on food. No wonder she didn't get my phone number or my address right and when I called almost 2 hours later to check on my order they told me that they had gotten the address and phone number wrong and just assumed it was a prank order.
