Nice shady walk with plenty of places to picnic. Don't forget Jackson's oak is here just off the main trail. The broadwalk to the beach is closed for repairs at this time.
We have loved this place for years great for walking dogs or taking the little kiddos on a hike to "bigfoot" hunt.
Nice nature walk in Daphne. They're few and far between.
One of the prettiest places in Daphne to walk, run, take your dog, or have a picnic is at the location of an historical site. Read the information at the entrance so you don't miss a thing. Beautiful views of Mobile Bay at every turn along the various boardwalks and paths. It's fun to view the changing scenery of the seasons-- wildflowers, all kinds of birds, even alligators.
Awesome little place rich in history. From a big Oak that Andrew Jackson spoke to troops under to an old cemetery that looks that it was long lost but now found to some pretty cool trails that lead to the Bay with some amazing views. This place is pretty awesome for a day trip or to get lost some hours.
