I'd give them 0 stars if I could! They were sappy sweet when they wanted us to buy a puppy. However, their puppies aren't always healthy & they don't stand behind you when something goes wrong! Our puppy died in 2 days! Buyers beware...
I purchased an English bulldog from the puppy den a year ago. The lady that worked with me was extremely ademit that I santatize before and after holding and viewing each puppy and NOT to even set them on the counter to prevent these tiny babies from getting any foreign germs. My English bulldog after I took her home was showing signs of a cold so I called the store, the same lady answered and directed me to come straight in. The owner greeted me and very kindly treated my puppy in their facility immediately for free and I've had no problems since with my bulldog. :) It is very true they do their absolute best to put these puppies first but when you have so many babies coming from so many places I can definintly see where little colds and such can spread so easily. I was a very satisfied customer!
This is the 2nd puppy in 3yesrs that I have purchased from the Puppy Den. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff. The puppies are happy, playful and well kept. The facility is very clean and friendly! I highly recommend them.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Puppy Den! We got our Fonzie( mini salt/pepper Schnauzer) from them and we are so in love! Karen was super friendly and informative!
The most loving place! I rescued my best buddy at Puppy Den! Love how much they both clearly adore animals! Their grooming, boarding and puppies are all top notch!
