Melissa Martin was amazing to work with. She was so incredibly helpful and answered all my questions immediately. My mom was flying on her own to meet us in Orlando and Melissa took the time to talk with my mom and explain every step of the process. She must have spent over an hour on the phone with her. Then on the day of our arrival Melissa contacted me twice to make sure that my mom had arrived since she was so nervous.
