Customer service is unbelievable!! They made a horrible situation better for me and being stuck out of state with broken down car that can't be fixed on a holiday weekend. Tom helped me out in every way and getting us a vehicle today. Don't know what I would have down without Hertz today! So grateful and will recommend this place to anybody!
We were in a tight situation. The guy at the front desk Tom, really helped us out. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
Waited literally 2 hours on a vehicle that I reserved weeks prior. Had to cancel travel plans. Customer service was great until a woman by the name of Yolanda who runs the place came in. Her attitude is disgusting. I love hertz but will never come to this Daphne location AGAIN.
The manager here does not belong in any kind of customer service oriented field. I watched a customer pull up at 5:55 with a reservation to pick up at 6pm. The manager proceeded to lock the door on this individual and argue with him for the next 20 minutes about coming back in the morning. Before finally doing his job and renting the car this customer reserved.
