This may be family owned but bunch of unprofesssional, incompetent, crooks. Please do not take your car to them!!
Oh where do I start, these guys are highly unprofessional and incompetent people. Three weeks ago I spoke to the owner (George) and asked if he could replace the head gasket of my BMW M3 and I inquire if they have done any head gasket replacement for performance vehicles like this. Owner assured it can be done and he has perofrmed many tasks like this. End of first week, I called to get a status of my car and he mentioned one of his mechanics are sick and wasn't able to get to the car. Thats fine, people get sick. Middle of second week: he (George) mentioned he has conducted some preliminary diagnosis and he doesn't believe anything wrong with the car head gasket wanting to do more. I explained that head gasket is damaged between cylinder 1 and 2 and engine idles rough and if he had a chance to drive the car, and he said no. After further more tests he aggreed with my findings. By this time I had ordered addtional parts that cost me close to 700 dollars. End of second week: Called to get an update and to find out they don't have the tool to do the timing belt. Seriously??? professional mechanic place didn't know this needs a special tool to do the timing belt and accept a job without knowing what tool they need to fix a car??? but he mentioned he has worked on perfomance cars like this before...I wonder how?? He said he order the tool and be here on Monday. Tuesday of third week: He hasn't recieved the tool and waiting for the tool. Wednesday of third week: Went by the shop, car is sitting outside the shop doesn't seems like they have even touched the car at all. Called him to find out what's going on and he said he just got the tool and before I was going to say anything he lashed out and said come and get the car. Went to pick up the car and after closer investigation of outside and engine bay it seems like they have not even touched the car at all. No indication of even open the hood. During all this time my car was sitting outside in the rain and the sun. I rate them with a single star and realistically they don't deserve a single star and only reason I did so I can post this on Google.
Yes it took a few days to get the parts but in the end everything we wanted repaired was compleated. And yes it was a sizable bill but we have always taken the approach that the cheapest car to have is the one you already own. We couldn't have purchased another car for the money it took to repair it, then if we had, we wouldn't know the history of a different car. We know this one!

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the service and genuine concern that this company has provided, advising us on our 89volvo 740T. We had several things that needed attention including a timing belt, radiator, door hing, back hatch hydraulic lifts, just to mention a few.
They stay busy. But other than getting you car in there - the service is top notch, advice is solid and prices are fair.
Quality and consistency
These guys are tops. I've been using them for 15 years. Their integrity is impeccable. I've been with them for 15 years. But they really work to make things right. A family run operation and they all work like it. Can't say enough good things about them...and I am not a easy customer...I question everything, take nothing at face value. They've never knowingly steered me wrong. I think there was one mistake about 10 years ago and they made it right...in fact I think they discovered it. You won't go wrong. And far from the most expensive...a great value.
