The girl that worked today was extremely snotty. I called for information for an upgrade and you would think they would at least be nice to sell a phone but that didn't happen. She said things like good for you and good luck! I asked about turning in my phone and switching information over to a new one and she said if that happens which I doubt it will this could possibly be your bill! I've had Sprint for 10 years and I tried telling her that I tried talking to her what a nasty person plus I had problems with this same store in 2013 and didn't say anything about it then.

Walked in 2:15 pm on Monday Oct 10, there were two customers ahead of me being helped. Wasn't spoken to or acknowledged...thinking they were just tied up I began poking around looking at the displays. I sat down in one Of the side chairs after about 10 minutes. One employee kept leaving her customer to seemed to be check her personal phone that kept ringing. She eventually finished with her customer and immediately went back to check her personal phone. I sat for an additional 7-10min trying To make eye contact in an attempt to be helped. The other employee called over the one who was free and they both were looking at the computer screen trying to assist the other customer. After 35 min of not being acknowledged I assumed I was not going to be helped and elected to stand up. I hesitated til they saw me to give one last chance to rectify their lack of customer service...of course nothing was even said. I walked out and will definitely not be returning to this location. I would advise you to avoid them if possible!! Best Buy here I come.
I am very thankful to have a local sprint representative always consistently giving exceptional service. Kadesha has helped our family with everything phone related for years now, we have been with sprint for 14 years. I was worried after moving here from California we wouldn't find the warm caring helpful service that we had at our other store.. she is very knowledgeable and trains other employees to give excellent customer service as she does.
Don't go to this store!!!!!! I would stay away they lie to make sales. I repeat stay away!!!!!!
