Terribly slow service. :(
It's like stepping back into 1997 walking in here... Very outdated feel, selection is poor (unless all you care about is stationary, in which case they have plenty), and everything is really expensive.
Don't bother going to the printer here. TAKES FOREVER. They have only one person on staff in the department. I wait 30-50 mins every time and have walked out twice. Today was 50 mins to get 24 copies printed out. Not going here again.
I have been doing business with staples since they built this store. Came to return ink cartridges that never worked and today it was a problem. We talked with someone over the phone and told them the situation before I even wasted my gas. So I get to the counter she tells me we used all the ink when there was never any in the cartridge, that's why we called before. And now we missed the time to return them. I am never doing business with them again.
I love Staples and every time we visit this one the staff is very friendly. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this store since the one in Mobile closed.
