I sure like Home Depot alot more than that "other" building supply store that stole 500.00 from me last Christmas
Oh, and did I mention the Monday delivery got moved to Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no dishwasher, no call, no nothing. I called the store Thursday and they showed up Friday. Way to go Home Depot!!
Nice store. There are times when help is hard to find. Wait times can be long to check out.
Home Depot is convenient and easy to get in and out. Most of the time you can find friendly, helpful employees if you need assistance.
We have always received great service at this store. The delivery men are professional and do a great job too. Last week when I was in the store purchasing paint for a furniture refinishing project, Nathan, the department manager came to help. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed and very friendly. When I was loading the paint, I dropped a can that busted near my back tire and on my car. He came out in the heat of the day to clean the large pile of paint up so I could drive home without splashing more paint on my car. I love this store because of employees like Nathan. They do a great job and are very friendly!
Don't waste your time or money with the home installation people. We bought a dishwasher and although I could have put it in myself I chose to let them do it because the price was right. -free. A couple dumb goobers brought in the new dishwasher, promptly attempted to remove the old one when they stripped a phillips screw and I had to finish getting this out for them. Essentially these guys were capable of changing out a light bulb and that's about it. After they put in the new one(without a vinyl protective sheet for our floor, because they 'only do it for wood floors'), i noticed it was installed crooked. When I pointed out that one corner jutted out past the counter top, the installer straightened it with a healthy dose of attitude.
